We want you to love your TradeMutt gear, but if the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your order quickly.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the items arrive at our warehouse.
